About
Randall McCormick, Esq
Growing up in a service oriented family (my dad retired from the US Army and my mom completed her contracted service with the US Army) it's no surprise I grew up with a desire to help others. When I was accepted to college in 2004, I finally settled on a degree in Criminal Justice.

During my time as a Law Enforcement Officer, family and friends would reach out to me and ask for advice. I soon realized that there was only so much I could do as a police officer. I found myself wishing I could help more, but I was limited in my scope.

I began dreaming of becoming an attorney, but it was a game of "when". "When" the kids were older. "When" we had the money. "When" this and "When" that. In 2021, my mom told me that if I could get into Law School that she would pay for it. (To be honest, I don't think she expected me to get in - but I did!) And as they say, the rest is history.

I graduated from Delaware Law in May 2024 and passed the July 2024 bar.

Law School and passing the Bar is not easy by any stretch of the imagination, but when things got tough, I remembered WHY I wanted to become an attorney. It was for my wife's friend who needed an attorney but couldn't afford one. For past co-workers who needed legal advice but didn't know where to go. For those I could only help with their criminal issues, not their civil issues.
